Every photo that has been delivered, newest first. This is your copy of the event as it fills up.

Sorting and filtering

Sort by Newest first or Oldest first. Newest is the default and is the right one during the event; oldest reads like the night in order, which is better afterwards.

One filter is worth knowing: Flagged-then-approved shows photos the screening held back and you approved back into the gallery. If you ever want to double-check a call you made quickly, that is where those photos are.

Video clips

Approved clips sit in the same grid with a play badge and their length. A clip that has not been approved yet is not here; it is in the Review tab, and only its owner can see it in the guest gallery meanwhile.

Opening a photo

Tap any thumbnail for the full-size viewer. From there you can step through the event without going back to the grid.

Selecting and deleting

Tap Select photo to start choosing, then pick as many as you like.

Deleting is the one action in Papped that cannot be undone. It removes the photo for everyone, including from your Drive. Read the confirmation rather than clicking through it.

Hidden photos

If you are approving photos before guests see them, anything still waiting is marked Hidden in the corner of its thumbnail. You see every photo here regardless; the marker is how you tell what your guests are actually looking at.

There is a Hidden from guests filter next to All. It shows everything your guests cannot see: photos still waiting on you, and photos you kept private. The second kind is the reason the filter exists. Keeping a photo private takes it out of the review queue on purpose, so the queue can empty, which means this is the only place left to find it. Select one here and choose Show to guests to release it after all.

The filter stays available if you later switch approval off, so a photo you kept private never becomes unreachable. It is also where photos land if the screening flagged them when you switched back to live mode.

While selecting, Select all takes everything currently loaded, so releasing a batch is one tap rather than forty.

Approving a photo for the first time happens in the Review tab.

The Drive link

Open Drive folder goes to the real folder. Everything in this gallery is already there; the gallery is a view, not a separate copy. If you would rather work in Drive, nothing is stopping you.

Watermark and stickers

If you set a watermark, the tab tells you plainly: Every photo will carry your watermark, or Auto watermark off. You can remove a watermark or a sticker from an individual photo here without affecting the rest.
